A dark and stormy night at an inn, our heroes are resting. Suddenly the door opens and this out of breath-hooded figure runs in! “The Dark Young! They’ve risen! They’ll be here any moment now!” he screams as he falls to the floor, fumbling through his satchel for something. He pulls out a worn black book and a piece of chalk and starts drawing these strange symbols on the floor. With a knife he cuts his hand and as blood starts dripping on the arcane symbol a red and black portal opens. “Quick”, he says “we don’t have much time!”, as he steps through and vanishes. Suddenly something starts bashing against the inn door with the strength of a thousand armies and the portal is starting to collapse
