We gladly support all Petersen Games’ products purchased from authorized retailers. Unfortunately, this means if you purchased your copy from Ebay or another secondhand site, we may not be able to offer support.

Shipping Notice:
It generally takes a week for the order to get exported to our shipping system, where it waits to get picked/packed/shipped. Generally an order on our website takes 10-15 days to arrive. Please note that our shipping system doesn’t interface well with our website, so the ‘processing’ status won’t update, even if it gets shipped out.
You should, however, receive an automated email from our shipping system alerting you to when it gets shipped out and a tracking number.
