Adventure Hook by Joshua Jarman
The situation in the port town of Resante has fallen from worse, to nigh unlivable. The river, which gives drinking water to the town, has been tainted, slowly draining those who drink its bitter contents of life, and marking the victims with a dull horrific glow.
The adventurers are sent to discover what has happened to the town’s water, and to figure out why the dam workers upstream have gone silent. Following the trail they find twisted creatures, insane workers, and finally the sight of the horror (colour) from outer space. Will they be able to stop it?
