Nodens of the Deep Abyss
Like the other Elder Gods, Nodens is a being out of another time with considerable but fading power. So ancient are he and his kin that they are said to remember all of history since before time began.
Nodens was once among the mightiest of gods, but conflict with the Outer Gods and their Great Old One servants and allies broke much of his power.
Nyarlathotep has usurped much of his authority, including taking over some religions once centered on the Elder Gods. However, the Crawling Chaos has not yet dared to fight Nodens directly.
