Two more detailed sets of drawings and descriptions: Servitor of the Outer Gods and Shantak.

Servitor of the Outer Gods (concept image, detail of the creature’s ostia):

Servitors are mostly formless beings with multiple tentacles and openings (ostia) that they use to play bizarre melodies with which they manipulate dimensional properties like space-time.

They live around Azathoth and use their flutes to keep its chaos at bay.

Shantak (concept image, thoracic dissection, wing dissection):

The Shantak “bird” is a feared horror with an equine looking face and the size of an elephant.

This creature roams the Dreamlands’ highlands and uses fear to help it hunt. Thanks to its ability to walk on all fours and its powerful wings, it’s also been used as a horror mount.
