So this one is really off-topic, but I didnt know another way to contact Sandy Petersen or someone else of the leading team of AoE III to ask this question.

I was wondering with Age of Empires III, if Sandy Petersen or someone else knows if the Germans in-game represents the Prussians or the Holy Roman Empire.
