  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

 

United States Orders

  • Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after shipment

  • Tracking: Included with all shipments

Canada Orders

  • Carrier: DHL Ground

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Tracking: Included with all shipments

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Order size

  • Carrier rates

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If Petersen Games offers free shipping promotions, those terms will be clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase.

 

4. Delivery Timeframes (Total Estimated Time)

United States

  • Processing: Up to 2 business days

  • Transit: 2–5 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 2–7 business days

Canada

  • Processing: Up to 2 business days

  • Transit: 3–7 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3–9 business days

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Link to track your package

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping label is created.

Petersen Games is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers outside the U.S. may be responsible for:
