Not all spawn of Tsathoggua are formless. These diminutive minions of the Sleeper mimic his terrible form and share his insatiable appetite. Little more than blobs of flesh with a mouth and a pair of wings, esoteric scholars have dubbed these creatures ‘toad-bats’ for the passing resemblance they bear to both beasts.
This hideous monstrosity looks something like a fat, hairy toad with the wings and upturned nose of a bat and an oversized mouth full of jagged teeth. Black slime oozes from its pustulous skin.
