I like many others backed the Sandy Petersen’s Cthulhu Mythos 5e book. I’m still awaiting my copy even though PG considers the project closed. When I’ve checked the support tickets each one shows as having been closed without resolution.
Can I have my book please? PG have numerous Kickstarter campaigns running at the same time and even one for SPCM called ‘Ghoul Island’. I didn’t back it because I don’t have the main book. Kickstarting a supplement for a book that hasn’t been delivered doesn’t look good…
What looks even worse is not answering the support tickets and just closing them and also the first topic in your forum being this one; a complaint.
I’m a little annoyed because I obviously rate Sandy’s work and would like to get my hands on the book I supported.
Is anyone else waiting for their book? Specifically in the UK?

I’ve replied to both your tickets and was waiting for you to reply back. My last response was on 02-19-2020. You may need to check your e-mail spam filter or see if you missed our reply back in your inbox.
I did close your first ticket after you created a second ticket about the same issue, your second ticket remains open. Even if a ticket is closed, you can respond back and it will reopen automatically and notify me.
You can also go here https://petersengames.com/my-account/ and when logged in access your tickets through the web interface and see any response we have made. (Please note that the plugin on our website does sometimes show a ticket as closed when it is not. but you will always be able to see the ticket and respond back. This is an issue with the 3rd party plugin and something we hope the plugin’s creators will fix in the future.)
