*I am new to both Kickstarter and this site.*

 

In the case of Hyperspace, if I were to be a late backer is that equivalent to placing an order? If not, how might I either place an order or place myself on a waitlist?

It is the equivalent of placing an order.  I’m not sure how long the Hyperspace late pledge will be open for, but it is exactly like if you had backed on Kickstarter.
