Extant Ghast: First we have the Dreamland Ghasts that regularly spawn in Zin but hunt near the kingdom of the Gugs. As per the guide’s text, these are wretched, genetically unstable creatures riddled with mutations.
They are also the only surviving Ghast species. The skull dissection corresponds to this line and is meant to show the creature’s maxillary malformations and anencephaly.
